GHIELMETTI Solutions AG supplies you with your customized HPL panels. Whether plain, printed or milled - almost anything is possible. HPL panels are also environmentally neutral (ISO 14020, type III).
The areas of application are virtually unlimited: Front panels, control panels, advertising panels, orientation panels and much more.
HPL panels are manufactured in accordance with the SN EN 438 standard and therefore have these properties, among others:
Shock-resistant / Resistant to chemicals / Abrasion and scratch resistant / Hygienic / Food safe / Light resistant / Heat resistant up to 180°C
On request, we also offer HPL boards that are flame-retardant. This enables further areas of application such as escape routes, work surfaces and much more.
With a fire rating of 5.3, the flame-retardant HPL boards meet various requirements:
- Switzerland: RF2 / Germany: B1 / France: M1
- Rail vehicle construction: R1 according to EN 45545-2 / in the USA according to NFPA 130
The maximum panel size that can be processed mechanically and by printing is 600 x 1200 mm. The panel thickness must be in the range of 0.9 - 9 mm. A minimum thickness of 2 mm is required for self-supporting panels.
